Pair of Lithographs of Paris Burning in the Franco-Prussian War, Sabatier. Pair of matching lithographs in color by Leon Jean Baptiste Sabatier (French, d.1887). One depictsSaint Cloud Castle, after being set on fire by Prussians, October 1870, during the Franco-Prussian War, after a drawing by Albert Adam. The other depicts The Great Fire of the Palais des Tuileriesin 1871, after artwork by Jules Gaildrau. In matching wood & gilt frames.
