Antique British Reverse Painted Silhouette, "Returning From Ascot 1840." Reverse painted on glass, a couple with their dogs watch a horse drawn carriage, which, according to the title inscribed below the image, is "Returning from Ascot", the famous racecourse. In a beautiful antique wood burl frame.
